The Wonderful Animals of the Cincinnati Zoo

Oh, what a hot and wonderful day it was to be at the Cincinnati Zoo. The wide variety of animals were very interesting to watch. The whole area was buzzing with kids and families. The tiger and the gorilla were the most fascinating to watch. You could tell by the way the tiger was walking that he is incredibly strong and fierce. The gorilla was the most chill; he was just sitting there eating his celery. He was certainly a showstopper.

There was even one time when he looked straight at us and then ran off! I could tell that he knew we were there. When we were visiting the manatees, we learned that they had just gotten a new addition to the group only a month before. All of the animals were just enjoying their time trying to find some shade under the blistering sun. We saw a monkey family fooling around with a bag, and a polar bear playing in the water, cooling himself off from the sun.

We also saw big giraffes and a baby that was already taller than 10 ft. Some people were feeding the tallest giraffe lettuce! Lastly, the gigantic elephants were spectacular to see! There were many more animals, but you’re just going to have to watch the video to see the others. If you are ever in the Ohio area, go visit the Cincinnati Zoo! It’s an experience you’ll never forget!
